Founded in 2021, the San Francisco Youth Peace Association (SFYPA) is a youth-led nonprofit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area that promotes peace and friendship between young people in China and America.

We connect Asian and American communities through cultural exchange, service, and dialogue. From supporting Oakland’s Blue Angel during the peak of anti-Asian violence, to hosting events with student associations at UC Berkeley and Stanford, to fundraising for the Alameda County Food Bank, our projects are rooted in unity and action. We’ve also extended our mission globally by supporting cleft lip and palate surgeries through the Lantern Foundation and the Beijing SmileAngel Children’s Hospital.

At SFYPA, young people are not just the future, we are leading the change today, starting right here in the Bay Area.
